The battle with the flesh is real, but in Christ, victory is possible.
In the final part of Fighting the Flesh, we move from the struggle of Romans 7 into the hope and freedom of Romans 8. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, God has made a way for believers to walk in victory instead of condemnation.
This message reminds us that if we trust in Jesus Christ, we are no longer condemned. The Spirit gives us power that our flesh never could, and daily surrender leads to life, peace, and freedom.
Romans 7 says,
“I keep losing this fight.”
Romans 8 says,
“God has made a way through Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.”
Stop trying and start surrendering.
Stop hiding and start walking in freedom.
