VISION FOCUSED: Our church, all ministries, projects, and events must align to promote the advancement of the vision of the church.
SPIRIT LED: We depend on the Holy Spirit to guide and help us to achieve His will for the church. We will help people discover their spiritual gifts, encourage their development, use and service to build up the church.
MULTIPLYING DISCIPLES AND LEADERS: We are committed to bring in new people to know Christ, grow in Christ, and release them to lead for Christ.
CHRIST CENTERED: We are Christ-Centered, not self-centered. It’s not about you.
LOVING ACCOUNTABLILTY: In submission to Jesus Christ we are accountable to God, our church leaders, and each other.
UNITED: As witness to the world we will strive to resolve and not allow divisions among us, but to be of one mind, heart, and spirit.
OBEDIENT: We will walk by faith and not by sight. If God guides us, He will provide for us. We will not limit the plans or purpose that God has for our church.
SERVICE ORIENTED: We are not here to be served, but to serve Christ and the church.
HUMBLE: We will model the humility of Jesus Christ acknowledging that our strength comes from our dependence on God. We will seek for His Will to be done and not our own.
EXCELLENCE: We will strive to be excellent in whatever we do, with joy and glad hearts, as an act of worship and service unto the Lord and not to men.
