Let Go and Let God

Main Bible Reading: Luke 15:11–32

What do you do when someone you love is on the wrong path and no amount of advice, warnings, or pleading seems to change their direction?

In Let Go and Let God, we explore Jesus’ parable of the Prodigal Son and discover a hard but freeing truth: love does not control, it releases the situation to God. This message speaks directly to the pain of broken family relationships and the burden of trying to fix what only God can heal.

Through the story, we see how God sometimes uses distance and consequences to bring clarity, how real repentance begins with personal responsibility, and how love stays ready while waiting. Most importantly, we are reminded that grace, not shame, is what restores relationships with God and with one another.

If you’re struggling to let go, this message will encourage you to release control, remain faithful in prayer, and trust God’s perfect timing. Let go and let God.
