We explored Jesus’ Parable of the Soils in Luke 8:1–15. Just like a farmer scattering seed, God’s Word is planted in our lives. But how do we respond? Some reject it, some start with joy but fade away, and some let worries choke out their faith. Yet, when God’s Word falls on good soil—a heart that listens, retains, and obeys—it produces an abundant harvest. In this sermon, we reflect on the condition of our hearts and Christ’s call to be fruitful by responding rightly to His Word.
